SHIPPING POLICY

 

Every Arctic Pro is handcrafted to order, so it is not sitting in a warehouse waiting to ship. Once your order is placed, please allow 10-12 weeks for your unit to be built and delivered. We know that's longer than a typical online order, and we think it's worth the wait for a piece built specifically for you.

 

We'll keep you updated by email as your order moves through production and shipping. Because of its size, the Arctic Pro ships via freight carrier and arrives fully assembled. Someone will need to be available to receive it and help bring it to its final location.
