Cancellation policy

Every Arctic Pro is handcrafted to order rather than shipped from existing inventory. Orders typically take 10-12 weeks from purchase to delivery to allow time for production. You can cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it by emailing info@artisanarctics.com. Once your unit has entered production, cancellations are handled at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking or processing fee to cover materials and labor already committed to your build; we will always disclose the exact amount before charging it. Once your order is delivered, it is covered by our standard 30-day Return and Refund Policy.
